I always enjoy the House Lo mein Noddles and fried chicken. Service is fast, and portions are plentiful.

I visited Columbus earlier this week and was so happy to see this place was still open. This was one of my favorite restaurants when I lived in Columbus many many years ago. I was pleasantly surprised to find they have added a dining room. Their steamed dumplings are still the best!

Went to this place for dinner, late in night, around 9 pm. They don’t run any dinner buffet ( don’t know about lunch, but I guess, they don’t have any buffet actually). There were few people ordering / picking food at that time. Usually it was like a to-go counter, in that late in night. However, we were a group of 5, and wanted to dine in. The lady was kind enough to open the dinning area for us. We ordered chicken wings as the starter. The wings were very big in size ( joined pieces). They were cheap, fresh and piping hot, however very very oily. I bet you cannot eat more than one. Next, for the main course, my friends ordered noodles and I ordered Hunan chicken combo plate ( comes with chicken fried rice and an egg roll). The chickens were very soft the Hunan chicken dish was mediocre. The fried rice was also nothing fancy. The noodles were good and spicy, but little on the greasier side.

MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR RECEIPT! I placed an order online and went up to the restaurant to pay for my food. Once I paid, the owner told me it was a 10 minute wait, so I went outside to wait in my car. Came back into the store, and the owner said I didn't pay. Thankfully I used my discover card(tried to pay with American express and was told by the owner they don't accept American expenses) and the discover card app showed my purchase and an employer who was saw me come in told the owner he remembers me coming in.

me and my boyfriend LOVE to eat here! not many takeout options in starkville so we often make the trip to columbus just to eat here! great food, great portions, and great service!

Always greeted with a genuine and friendly smile. And that is saying something because we always come around 8pm, when the day is long and almost over! The food is fresh and the flavors are aromatic and delicious. Highly recommend.
